30 Days of YES: Fitness
Would you like to make fitness a normal and balanced part of your life? 30 Days of YES: Fitness is your opportunity to discover what it means to be active and fit – and understanding how to bring the presence of mindfulness to your fitness.
Travis will be joined by Strength and Conditioning Coach Shawn Brown who has created this specific program for 30 Days of YES. Whether exercise or fitness is already a regular part of your routine, or just getting off of the couch is a big step 1 – this program will meet you right where you are.
The activities in this program require NO GYM and NO EQUIPMENT.
30 Days of YES: Fitness INCLUDES:
- 30 activities (A new exercise every day)
- 2 community Conference Calls with Shawn Brown and a YES Facilitator
- 1 one-on-one coaching call Travis or Shawn – or both if you choose!
- Unlimited access to the YES Community!
