I am believer. I believe that people are honest. I believe that people are good. And I believe that when you create a culture and environment where people feel valued, respected, and trusted – they will behave as such. Why? Because I think it is innate in all of us.
I am looking forward to the journey ahead. Our heads will seldom rest in the same place from night to night. There will be no routine or familiarity. Lots of hours in the car, lots of make shift meals – and a lot of unscripted detours.
